Sabrina E. Galloway
PresidentSabrina Galloway, a strategist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is renowned for her multifaceted contributions. As Chief Strategist of The Galloway Group and Co-Founder of Ethics, Sabrina has played a pivotal role in establishing ventures such as The Langston Galloway Foundation, The Langston Galloway Basketball Camp, and Ethics. Sabrina’s keen ability as a consensus builder, strategist, innovative thinker and communicator have helped to catapult the off the court endeavors of she and her husband, Langston, into viable business partnerships across a cross-section of areas in the marketplace.

Tomi Rose
NBWA Vice President & DirectorTomi Rose is the founder and CEO of Aston Rose, the first national sports and entertainment luxury real estate firm. Tomi is a Fund Partner, focusing and guiding real estate investments. She is a industry trailblazer, developer, and business woman with offices across eight states. She is a strategic innovator with over half a billion dollars in closed transactions and ranks among the top 1% of global real estate agents. She currently serves as a mentor for the NBA Player Development Program. Tomi has played a pivotal role on the executive committee of the NBWA serving as its First Vice President and Director.

Gail Segal Elmore
NBWA Treasurer & DirectorGail Segal Elmore, a 20-year Wall Street veteran and a former colleague founded wexYa llc, a company focused on helping women navigate finance. Early in her career, Gail’s experiences as a troubleshooter in Mexico led her to ultimately becoming Managing Director for Bank of America’s emerging markets business. Often the only woman in the room, she was on the board of the Emerging Markets Traders Association, a board member for University of Maryland College Park where she and her husband former ABA/NBA player, Len Elmore met and are active alumni, and she is currently board member and on the investment committee for the University System of Maryland Foundation. Gail is licensed and recently aligned with Blank Financial Group, a New York-based investment advisory firm.

Katelyn Djan
NBWA Secretary & DirectorKatelyn Djan is an accomplished Entrepreneur, Mother and Non-Profit supporter. Katelyn owns a Sports Management company, Beyond the Jersey, that mainly focuses on athletes’ Philanthropy work. She is also the International Director of Development for Weems World, a non-profit organization that provides support in Arkansas and most recently, Ghana, West Africa. Katelyn has had the pleasure of leading the NBWA Social Impact Committee and making a difference in our communities. She has secured over $100,000 to support the NBWA’s social impact initiatives.

Mia Wright
NBWA DirectorMia Wright is an influential business strategist across venture capital, politics and philanthropy. She was recently named President and Chief Collective Officer of Business Inside the Game (BIG). In commitment to advancing inner-city youth, Mia, alongside her husband Dorell and their brother, NBA Vet Delon Wright, serve communities through the Wright Legacy Foundation. Under Mia's leadership, the organization amassed more than 100 members, raised over $500,000, and forged several strategic partnerships to further NBWA’s mission.

Dru Evans
NBWA DirectorDru Evans is an author, entrepreneur, public speaker, and philanthropist. She is the owner, Principal planner, and designer of Renaissance Events by Dru Evans, Co-Owner/ Brand Manager for Esther’s Cajun Cafe & Soulfood, COO of The MOLO Agency, Executive Producer of her design series show "ReDesigning With Dru Evans. In addition to her book and newest media platform "Redesigning With Dru Evans", Dru is co-founder of “The MOLO Life,” a nonprofit organization supporting young women and men.

Mary Conley
NBWA DirectorMary Conley is a native of Ohio and a proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Since graduating, Mary has devoted much of her time to philanthropic and charitable causes close to her heart, while raising her young family. Mary served on the Board of Directors for the Methodist Healthcare Foundation. She focused her attention on enhancing the Sickle Cell Center, now known as “The Mike and Mary Conley Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center”. She was also instrumental in funding Arrow Creative, a non-profit organization that is a one roof creative district supporting creative entrepreneurs through education, equipment and studios in Memphis, TN. Mary is an avid lover of the great outdoors. She enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, skiing, and gardening.

Jada Paul
NBWA DirectorGrowing up as an only child in small town Winston Salem, North Carolina, Jada Paul learned to be resourceful, finding creative ways to keep herself entertained. In 2021, Jada founded a thoughtfully curated collection of stationery items, Curated by Alexis, out of her pursuit to simplify her own hectic life. As wife of NBA guard Chris Paul and mother-of-two, Jada stands as the pillar of consistency for her family in a world where life is incredibly fluid, and no two days are ever the same. Always embodying a generous spirit and giving back to her and community led Jada to establish her philanthropic footprint with the Chris Paul Family Foundation, aligning with its vision of creating communities through education, health, wellness, and leadership.

McKenzie Caldwell-Pope
NBWA DirectorMcKenzie Caldwell-Pope is a beauty and fashion influencer with an infectious personality that has utilized her platform to uplift and influence other women, particularly many who are experiencing motherhood. With McKenzie’s IG TV show “Sip N Style,” her career as a beauty and fashion influencer continues to flourish, as well as her style versatility, social impact, and opportunities in the industry.
