Our Advisory Board
The NBWA’s Professional Advisory Board (PAB) includes leaders and advocates from the National Basketball Association, National Basketball Retired Players Association, National Basketball Players Association as well as the financial, legal, educational and public relations sectors. The PAB representation brings innovative thought leadership and robust industry perspectives to the Executive Board for the purpose of offering and enhancing strategic and tactical consultation related to organizational operations, decision making, philanthropic endeavors, social activism and community involvement. Together, members of the PAB discuss challenges and engage in social stewardship to encourage the NBWA’s ecosystem of service and commitment to our youth, communities, families and women around the world.

Chrysa directs the strategic implementation of player initiatives and innovative programs
designed to foster relationships between players and businesses.
Erin Miller
Erin manages day-to-day operations, partner relations and brand activations,
player licensing and special events for the NBRPA.
Alexys Feaster
Alexys creates strategic alliances within sports, entertainment and other industries
focused on personal development, social justice, strategic business expansion
and sustaining impact in underserved communities. Alexys previously served
as Sr. Director of Player Development in the NBA for six years.

Cheryl is the owner of a law practice headquartered in the state of Ohio. Cheryl has represented
the NBWA and provided legal and business advice on a variety of matters.

Joey-Lynn has over 15 years of experience in the sport and event industry as a
Career and Executive Coach, in edTech as Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer, and
in higher education as a Business Leadership Professor and Administrator.
