• Current spouses, wives, life partners or significant others of both active or retired players of the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), Harlem Globetrotters (“HG”), American Basketball Association (“ABA”), National Basketball Association Gatorade League (“NBA-G”) or inactive players if they have played one game in the NBA, HG, ABA, or NBA-G player status.
• “Life partner” or “significant other” refers to current fiances of active or retired players or other such significant mate acknowledged as such by the player.
